Dashboard: Marketing Panel
Let's start with understanding what "WhatsApp Business API Status" means. Essentially, it indicates how well the phone number is connected with Meta and is shown in green color stating ‘Live’. It confirms that the number is linked with the Meta. If the account gets disabled, then it turns to red stating ‘Rejected’
Then there's "Quality Rating." This shows how often you're reaching out to the customers and how they're responding to the messages or campaigns. It gives an idea of the quality of interaction with customers. It has 3 stages: High, Medium and Low.
Next, there's "Remaining Quota." This shows you how many customers you can reach out to daily. The quota changes based on different stages such as: 250, 1000, 10000, 100000, and unlimited.
On the right side, you'll find the “Profile” details like display name, business info, and other specifics. You can see all the relevant information here and can edit the same. There's also a hyperlink provided just below the WABA number, which redirects you to the WhatsApp page when clicked. It's handy for quick access.
Now, let's talk about "Free Service Conversations." This tracks when a customer contacts you via WhatsApp through links or ads. It starts a conversation timer.
Moving on to "WhatsApp Conversation Credits," this shows the amount of recharge is converted into credits for WhatsApp conversations.
Then there's "Customize WhatsApp Link." This feature lets you create a WhatsApp link or QR code. One needs to input the WhatsApp number, write a default message, and generate a link or QR code to share with customers.
Next, we have "WhatsApp Website Button." This allows you to customize a button for the website, connecting visitors to WhatsApp. You can customize the button's appearance, text, and other details. Once you're satisfied with the settings, you can generate a snippet to share with the website developer for integration.
