1. Manage Option Access: To get started, go to the Manage Option screen.

2. User Attributes Section: Open the Manage Option and navigate to the user attributes section.

3. Adding New Attribute: Select the "Add New Attribute" option.

4. Attribute Configuration: Complete the necessary fields for the newly created attribute and click "Save" to make sure.

 



5. Flow Section: Proceed to the section on flow.

6. Creating or Choosing a Flow: Decide whether to start from scratch or alter an already-existing flow.

 

7. Add Trigger Words: To start actions, provide trigger words in the flow.

8. Question Node Integration: To encourage user participation, place a question node next to the trigger node.

 

 

9. Mapping Attribute to Response: For smooth data processing, map the recently formed attribute to response nodes.

10. Attribute Formatting: To ensure consistency and compatibility, format attributes in accordance with specific requirements.

 

 

11. Saving Flow Configuration: To maintain the settings and sequence, save the specified flow.

12. Adding New Node: To allow different actions or responses, incorporate new nodes into the flow.

13. Testing: Make that the configured flow is operating as intended by carrying out extensive testing.

14. Attribute Variable Integration: To refer to attribute variables within the flow, add the "$" sign after the attribute name while preserving case sensitivity.

 

 

15. Final Save and Test: After merging attribute variables, save the flow configuration and run one last round of testing to make sure everything works as it should.

 

 

These few procedures enable users to dynamically design flows and effectively manage user attributes, resulting in more seamless user engagement and data processing.
