Migrate to OCP - 360Dialog partner account

In this help documentation, you will learn how to migrate from another 360Dialog account to a OCP partner account.

Please note, this only apply to the user who already have existing 360Dialog account, and you want to migrate to OCP 360Dialog partner account.

 

Subscribe to OCP-360Dialog pricing

Please go through this help document, you need to subscribe to 360Dialog Paid Plans.

 

Request partner change

After you subscribe to the pricing plan, you can then go to client Hub by following the steps in this documentation: Partner Change

Reach out to OCP support for our partner ID, after that, your number should be in our partner plan after 2 - 3 business days.
