Accessing Chatbot Templates:

You can access our chatbot templates in two convenient ways:

  1. Template Store Website: Visit our Template Store website, to browse and explore our extensive collection of templates.

  2. OCP Dashboard: Log in to your OCP dashboard, navigate to the sidebar, and click on "Template Store." From there, you can search for templates based on criteria such as free/paid, industry, or template name.

Purchasing Paid Templates:

For our paid templates, you have two options for purchasing:

  1. Website Purchase: Simply visit our website and purchase the desired template directly from the Template Store.

  2. In-App Purchase: Alternatively, you can make purchases directly within the OCP dashboard.

Managing Your Templates:

In your OCP dashboard, you'll find two tabs dedicated to managing your templates:

  1. Installed Templates: View and manage the templates currently installed in your OCP account.

  2. Purchased Templates: Keep track of the templates you've purchased, whether they're currently installed or not.
