White label settings

White label settings

This setting is only available under OCP domain. If you are logged in from your own partner domain, you won’t see this setting.

OCP offers white-label options so that you can connect with your custom domain and sell chatbot to your customer under your own brand and domain.

With these settings, you will be able to set up your custom domain, and customize the links on your workspace, hide the OCP branded docs & video, send up your email provider to send a welcome email, and receive slack notification of important events in your custom domain.

We will go through all these features one by one.

Brand Settings

In this setting, you can set up the basic branding like title, logo, favicon.

Custom Domain

You can set up and link to your own custom domain. We suggest you link to a subdomain.
