How to enable Chatbot for Click-to-WhatsApp Ads?

Simply select an active Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Campaign and connect it to the relevant Chatbot.  For Click to WhatsApp ads fetched via Meta, you can only connect one ad to one chatbot flow.
